Welcome to the 2026–2027 School Year at Grove School!
Online enrollment is now open!
New Student to Grove School?
If your child is a new student, you’ll need to first “Request an Account” at oked.sylogist.com/GroveS before enrolling. Follow the instructions on the Wengage by SylogistEd login page from your computer/laptop or app to submit a request. Once we receive it, we’ll create your account and send you the login info.
How to Enroll
You can enroll using either:
- A
computer or laptop, or
- The
Wengage by SylogistEd app (download from your phone’s app store). Our school is listed as
GroveS in the app.
Need a computer?
We have computers available in the school office for parent/guardian use. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

If you already have an account from a previous year, you must use the same login.
Forgot your password?
The “Forgot Password” link on the Sylogist login DOES NOT WORK. If you need assistance resetting your password, please contact
kcurl@grove.k12.ok.us directly for help.
Once logged in, go to the Student Records Portal—not the Guardian Portal—to complete your child’s enrollment. You can enroll all of your children at once. You must finish one completely and submit before you can start the next one.
Not returning to Grove School?
If your child will not be returning to Grove School, please notify us by sending a withdrawal email to kcurl@grove.k12.ok.us as soon as possible.
Free & Reduced Lunch Applications
The application is located on the Sylogist portal and can be found on the "Enroll Student" tab. Completing the form online will automatically process it. Please complete the form if you think you may qualify; there is no downside to completing the form, and it can only help you, your student, and the school. Our district receives federal funding through this program.
